GLOQ1B-I type product is a new generation of PC switches adopting coil instant operation. Compared with the traditional switch which adopts motor drive for conversion,it has the advantages of simple structure, fast conversion speed (time<80ms) and so on.In addition, the main contact system is a SPDT (V-type) structure, which will not connect with two powers at the same time even in the emergent situation.

 

 

Application range

The rated insulation voltage of the product is 690V, the rated frequency is 50/60Hz,the rated voltage is 400VAC and the rated current is 10A-125A. The product is mainly used for the conversion of emergency power supply system between two powers so as to ensure the important load (for example, firefighting load) can continuously and reliably operate. Mainly used for the nationally specified first-grade current, the product is applicable to the occasions requiring continuous normal power supply such as highrise building, post and firefighting, coalmine and shipping, chemical metallurgy, industrial production line, medical sanitation, military facilities, etc.

 

 

Application conditions

◆  Ambient air temperature:
◇ The upper limit shall be not more than +55℃;
◇  The lower limit shall be not less than -25℃;
◇  The maximum daily mean temperature shall be not more than +35℃ and the relative humidity shall be nor more than 90%;
◆  The user shall negotiate with the manufacturer if the ambient air temperature is more than +55℃ or less than -25℃.
◆  The altitude of the installation place shall be not more than 2,000m;
◆  The pollution level of the installation place shall be III;
◆  The installation classification shall be III;
◆  The use classification of the main loop is AC-33B (6le) and the electric motor has mixed load;
◆  Installation conditions:The switch body can be vertically or horizontally arranged and the installation gradient shall be not more than ±22.5°. The controller is panel installation.
◆  Flashover distance:
The flashover distance is 80mm when AC voltage is 400V and 100mm when AC voltage is 690V

The control mode can be arbitrarily set:
1.Auto-switch-in, auto-restoring mode;
2.Auto-switch-in, without auto-restoring mode;

Internal wiring diagram

◆  When A-power supplies power, auxiliary contacts a1 and a2 are closed and b1 and b2 are opened;
  When B-power supplies power, auxiliary contacts a1 and a2 are opened and b1 and b2 are closed;
  a3 and a4 are NC contacts and b3 and b4 are NO contacts; When the user adopts the generator power supply mode, the start-up and shut-down of the generator can be controlled according to the start-up mode of the
generator and the maximum capacity is 220V 5A. The user can also control other equipment according to the needs.

 

 

 

Operation profile

The intelligent controller can achieve automatic and manual operation. The operator can set the operation mode through "automatic/manual" button. When the operation mode is the automatic mode, the automatic indicating lamp turns on and conversely turns off.

 

 

 

Manual mode (no this function in generator power supply)

When the two powers are normal, press "B-power manual" button to forcibly cut off A-power and switch to B-power. Press "A-power manual" button to forcibly cut off B-power and switch to A-power;When A-power is used for power supply and B-power is normal,A-power becomes abnormal and the system will alarm; then
pressing B-power manual button, the system will switch to B-power for power supply;
When B-power is used for power supply and A-power is normal,B-power becomes abnormal and the system will alarm; then pressing A-power manual button, the system will switch to A-power for power supply;
Only when the conversion switch in need of converting to A phase or N phase of the target power is cut off, the manual conversion can not be achieved by pressing the power manual button.
*When the automatic conversion switch is powered, the operator is forbidden to use the handle for operation;
*When the operation mode is in the manual state, the operator is forbidden to implement the mode setup;
* The operator is forbidden to arbitrarily implement the button operation.

 

 

 

Initial default state is "automatic change and automatic recovery" mode

  The initial default state is "automatic change and automatic recovery" mode
Simultaneously press "A-power manual" and "B-power manual" buttons for 5 seconds, set the conversion from "automatic change and automatic recovery" mode to "automatic change and non-automatic recovery" mode and at the same time, the under-voltage and over-voltage fault indicating lamps of the two
powers turn on.
  Continuously press "A-power manual" and "B-power manual" buttons for 5 seconds at the same time, set the conversion from "automatic change and non-automatic recovery" mode to "generator power supply" mode and at the same time, the under-voltage and over-voltage fault indicating lamps of the two powers turn on.
  Continuously press "A-power manual" and "B-power manual" buttons for 5 seconds at the same time, set the conversion from "generator power supply" mode to "automatic change and automatic recovery" mode and at the same time, the A power fault indicating lamps turns on.
  Operations in 2~4 above are cyclic respectively with indicating lamp cyclically turning on;
  The initial default state of the main power is A-power and if it is necessary to set B-power as the main power, press "B-power manual" button for 5 seconds under the automatic mode and B-power fault indicating lamp turns on; when the system sets B-power as the main power, press "A-power manual" for 5 seconds and the A-power fault indicating lamp turns on, thus setting A-power as the main power again.

 

 

 

Three control modes of controller

The controller adopts high-grade AVR single chip to implement automatic conversion of the two powers (A-power and B-power).

  Automatic change and automatic recovery mode:
When A-power becomes abnormal (shutdown or under-voltage,over-voltage and loss phase), automatically switch to B-power through the delay set by the system and at the same time output the alarm signal (light indication + buzz prompt). When A-power recovers, automatically switch to A-power through the delay set by the system.

  Automatic change and non-automatic recovery mode:
When A-power becomes abnormal (shutdown or under-voltage,over-voltage and loss phase), automatically switch to B-power through the delay set by the system and at the same time output the alarm signal (light indication + buzz prompt). When A-power recovers, B-power continues to supply power without
automatically switching to A-power; then when B-power becomes abnormal (shutdown or under-voltage, over-voltage and loss phase), automatically switch to A-power through the delay set by the system. (A-power and B-power are both commercial power)

  Generator power supply mode:
A-power is both commercial power and primary power and B-power supplies power to generator. When A-power becomesabnormal (shutdown, under-voltage, over-voltage or loss phase),the output the switch quantity signal to require starting the generator. When the generator power recovers, automatically switch to the generator power. When A power recovers,automatically switch to A-power for power supply again and output the switch signal to shut down the generator.
